My Name is Timothy Nutter and I am an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector. I had the extreme good fortune of mentoring under one of the best home inspectors in all of New England, for the better part of two years. I decided it was time to take that knowledge and experience and ventured out on my own and founded Twin Home Inspections.

I got into the home inspection business after I was on the receiving end of more then one sub standard home inspection in my personal life. Coupled with a desire to work in a field that was more rewarding than I was previously in, I set out to exceed the standards set forth in the home inspection industry and create an experience for my clients that was simple but rewarding.

I believe in honest, fair and upfront pricing. I encourage my clients to attend the inspections and ask as many questions as they like. No question is too insignificant when it comes to the biggest purchase of your life! I use state-of-the-art software to provide an easy-to-read, but extremely detailed report, often delivered in under 24 hours.

My goal is to leave my clients 100% satisfied in their decision to hire me, therefore, the greatest compliment I can receive is when I arrive at an inspection and the potential buyer tells me that they got my information through a friend or family member that hired me in the past. Referrals equal satisfied customers!
